Fitness 1st Wooden Balance Board

Balance boards have been widely used by young and old alike to increase balance and strengthen the core. These wood balance board measures 15.5 inches in diameter. The most common use is standing on the board and shifting weight side to side while not letting the edge of the board touch the ground. The board can be used for more advanced moves like squats, pushups or standing on one foot in the middle of the board, with the other foot in the air.
